The accommodation is a spacious room rental with its own private bathroom, perfect for two guests; however, a fold-out couch is available for additional guests for an extra fee.

The room is located on the eastern side of the bed and breakfast and boasts its own private entrance and private sitting area, with recliners and a table and chairs. In the bedroom, there is a queen-size bed with a pillow top mattress, as well as a television with local Kansas City channels. Guests will also have their own small refrigerator.

The property itself boasts a well-stocked library, allowing guests to enjoy the numerous reading areas both inside and outside of the property. As well as completely disconnecting from the modern world, guests can enjoy a daily breakfast which includes fruit and vegetables grown organically by the hosts. Glampers can either enjoy their breakfast in one of the quiet eating areas or request to have breakfast taken to their rooms at a previously requested time.
